The Provenza Concorde Oak “True North” (SKU PRO3219) is a wide-plank MaxCore SPC luxury vinyl floor in a cool, light-umber beige tone. It features a ribbed, realistic wood grain with painted micro-bevel edges, protected by a robust aluminum oxide + ceramic bead finish over a 20 mil wear layer. Each plank measures 9.06″ × 72″, with a total thickness of 6.5 mm, including a 1.5 mm IXPE rubber underlayment for added comfort and sound absorption. The fully waterproof rigid core installs easily via an i4F drop-lock floating system. Each box covers 27.18 sq ft, and the product is backed by a Lifetime Limited Residential and 15‑Year Limited Commercial warranty.
