Folkstone Oak from COREtec’s Originals Premium line blends authentic wood aesthetics with exceptional performance features. The 7″ × 60″ planks feature a 7.5 mm total thickness, including a durable waterproof foamed core and attached cork underlayment for enhanced comfort and sound absorption. With a UV acrylic finish and 20 mil wear layer, it’s designed to resist wear, moisture, pets, and kids. The pressed bevel edges and slight V2 variation deliver a natural, consistent wood look. Suitable for above, on, or below-grade installations, the planks can be installed using either floating or direct glue methods. Each carton covers 23.43 sq ft and comes with a lifetime residential and 10-year medium commercial warranty.
