This flooring features a traditional finish with engineered hardwood construction in a Mocha (dark brown) shade. Crafted from White Oak, it has a low‑gloss urethane finish enhanced with AIOx. The planks include micro / micro edge detailing, are graded “Best,” and have moderate light sensitivity. Each plank is 5″ wide, varies in length from 15.7″ to 75.6″, has a thickness of 9/16″, and each box covers approximately 31.39 square feet
