This Lima engineered hardwood from the Lauzon Collection offers a 7/16″ (11 mm) multi-ply structure with a 3.2 mm wear layer, crafted from Select & Better-grade Santos Mahogany in a smooth Natural Brown tone with a semi-gloss (40%) sheen. Available in multi-length (5 3/16″ up to 6′ – MA05M202TV; 3 1/4″ up to 4′ – MA03M202TV) and micro-V–edged herringbone-compatible formats, it features a Titanium™ finish for excellent wear, scratch, UV, and antibacterial protection, paired with the light-activated Pure Genius™ titanium dioxide coating that continuously purifies up to 85% of indoor air by breaking down VOCs, formaldehyde, and odors—while enhancing water repellency.
