This engineered flooring is finished with durable polyurethane for long-lasting protection. Installation options include glue down, stapling, or floating methods. For residential use, the product is backed by a 25-year finish warranty and a lifetime construction warranty, while commercial use includes a 3-year finish and 25-year construction warranty.
