What Our Clients Think

Amazing work, pleasant people, great prices.

Our new floor is so beautiful and excellently installed that I could cry happy tears. We are updating what used to be a garage to make it into part of the house, and the concrete floors were cracked and sloped. The Flooring Outlet & More installation crew re-floated a new and level concrete floor before installing our beautiful waterproof flooring. It is absolutely flat and looks great. Amazing work, pleasant people, great prices.

Best place to buy hardwood floors

Definitely the best place to buy hardwood floors, variety of options, decent prices, nice staff and they also have most of their floors in stock!! So overall after checking 5-6 different stores I came across these guys and by far the offer the best service. So just give them a try and you'll not check any other stores after them.

Couldn't have got any better hassle free buying & installation experience.

Flooring Outlet provided the best experience from selecting, buying and installation of the flooring. Hesam provided several recommendations based on our requirements and latest trend. Chad came onsite to make exact measurements to estimate material requirements and Leo & his team were excellent in installing the flooring. Couldn't have got any better hassle free buying & installation experience. Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional customer service by everyone in that store!

I was in the search for flooring for the past 2 years. Had about 5 different flooring companies come out, all quote about the same, but never quite found the right color floor i liked. Walked into Flooring Outlet, felt no pressure, extremely honest n helpful n found my floors. Not only did they come out and give me theee best quote, but my floors were just completed yesterday n I literally could not be happier with the most outstanding quality of installation, clean up, and quickness! I mean, the wait for the perfect floors and company was so worth it for choosing them! No damage to my house, the cuts are perfect, quality of work was phenomenal n literally the most hard working two man job completed in two days (they quoted me 3 days). I have to be honest n say I was not only nervous about choosing the right company but super picky with the quality of peoples work I had seen. I will 100% refer out & recommend using Flooring Outlet & More! Exceptional customer service by everyone in that store!

Great experience with Flooring Outlet & More

I can't say enough about how great my experience with Flooring Outlet & More was! I live in another neighboring state, and at 7.5 months pregnant I found that the flooring option we had spent so long picking and arranging through another source had fallen through. Retailers I called all around the country told me it was impossible to get the floor before my baby came because it was on backorder from the manufacturer, so I was losing hope... When I finally somehow found Flooring Outlet & More online and called Farrouk (Farok?), he told me he would see what he could do for me. Within an hour he had figured out a creative solution to source our floor, within a day or two we had it ordered, and within a few weeks I had it in hand. The price for the flooring was low, he arranged transport to a pickup location near me free of charge, and the product (GemCore Opal - Wheat LVP) turned out perfect. His honesty, resourcefulness, and kindness were above and beyond - amazing customer service, I couldn't be happier. Thank you, again.

Highly Recommended

My house had an unfortunate water leak which flooded the ground floor. After flooring and carpets removed, parts of the walls removed, and house was dried, we looked at a few companies to restore our flooring. Upon a strong recommendation of My best friend, he referred me to Flooring Outlet and More. I called and spoke to Hesam. He advised me to come in and choose the flooring we want, then afterwards, someone would come in my house to take measurements. My wife and I went to the warehouse and with the help and advice of Hesam, picked the flooring. Chad, came out a few days later to measure. Then not too long after, I received a very good quote, much lower than my previous quotes from other companies. I set up the appt to have flooring and carpeting done. It took two days to finish the flooring and another day to replace the stair carpeting. After living in a house which the flooring was all torn out to now in is an incredible feeling. It's like we have a brand new house. We are so happy with the results. Thank you to Hesam, Chad, Leo, Ernesto and team for your incredible work! I HIGHLY recommend Flooring Outlet and More!!

Best Flooring for a Laundry Room

Best Flooring for a Laundry Room

Laundry rooms contain chemicals alongside dirty clothes and detergents. Therefore, the flooring needs to be durable, waterproof, easy to maintain, and comfortable to walk on. Also, homeowners spend a lot of time in the laundry room on their feet and bending down, so anti-fatigue flooring can improve the user experience and be proficient.

Waterproof Laundry Room

One of the main features of laundry room flooring is water resistance. With all the chemicals and stained clothes lying around, waterproof flooring is essential to prevent water damage, mold, or warping. Also, laundry room sinks, and appliances are known to overflow from time to time, so you need flooring that can withstand these mishaps. Moisture is present in every corner of the laundry room, so preventing water damage is pivotal. Some flooring materials cover these points and are efficient choices for laundry room flooring.

Waterproof Vinyl Flooring for Laundry Room

Vinyl flooring come in different types depending on the size of your room, but in any form and shape, they are your best option. If your laundry room is at or under 12 feet, you can use vinyl sheets, which come in 12-foot wide rolls. For wider spaces, you can install luxury vinyl floorings that are a dream come true to a do-it-yourselfer. With their thermoplastic rubber wall base molding, vinyl floorings are very resistant to moisture-prone spaces. Both sheet vinyl and luxury vinyl can cost from 1.50$ to 20.00$ per square foot.

Laminate Flooring for Laundry Room

Laminate flooring is another waterproof option for laundry room flooring. It is not as durable and water-resistant as vinyl, but it does have the risk of damage in case of minor flooding or repetitive water pooling in the laundry room. If water reaches the base fiberboard of laminates, you may see some swelling on the floor. However, they are easy to install and clean, an influential element for laundry room flooring. You can find laminate flooring at around $1.70 to $17 per square foot in water-resistant laminate flooring outlets in San Jose.

Laundry Room Flooring Cost

Depending on your chosen material, laundry room flooring costs can vary. Some options like laminate, concrete, or even LVF, luxury vinyl flooring, sales can be cheaper, whereas tile or engineered wood will require more budget. Some flooring materials like vinyl and laminate are easy DIY projects, so you don’t need any added expense for the installation, but if you are going for tile flooring, you’ll need some experts to install the tiles for your laundry room.

Laundry Room Flooring Trends

Designing a laundry room is all about your taste and preferences, what trends your house theme follows, and what material is cohesive with the rest of your floors. You just need to avoid certain materials, even if they seem trendy. Carpet, mosaic, bamboo, solid wood, or marble are the worst types of flooring for a laundry room. Despite being visually appealing, these materials tend to soak moisture and are not water-resistant. If your flooring is not fit to defeat water and heat, it will cause you more trouble than comfort.

Modern Laundry Room Flooring

Modern laundry room flooring is all about practicality and simplicity. Whether you prioritize appearance or function, you have many options. Concrete and vinyl give you practicality, whereas tile comes in a variety of styles and is a great choice if you are leaning more toward the outlook and aesthetics. At Flooring Outlet and More superstore we have expert counselors who can help you find the best laundry room flooring that suits you house aesthetic.
